The Beginning and the End

Today has been a very busy day. We started the morning at Kindergarten Graduation. A fun event (30 minutes) filled with songs, cute 6 year olds, and cookies. This kindergarten class numbered 136, it is the largest class in the school, next year there are less that 100 students registered. They will graduate in 2020. They are the first class that was born after 9-11, definitely born into a new world. It is amazing that Kincade is ready to go to school all day next year.

The rest of the day centered around
Kaitlyn's graduation. We had to have her dressed and beautiful to the
Marriot Center by 11:30 and started
our 3 hour sitting event. It was a very
nice program, relatively short speeches and beautiful musical numbers. It is still a little hard to believe that she is truly old enough to be at this stage in her life. We are so proud of her and the things that she has accomplished in her life so far and know that there are many great things to come. It has been quite the adventure these past few weeks, full of visits to the counseling office and a scholarship offer to Wyoming. She has some major decisions to make in the near future. We are so thankful to have her as our daughter.

What a big day. Congrats to both the grads. They will have fun with the next chapters in their lives. Kailtyn good luck with your decisions. These next few years can be some of the most memorable. Have fun in Cali-I am so jealous of you guys. Love ya!

The green robe! Holy cow, I love that Kaitlyn got cursed with that too. Can't they give the boys the green robe? We'll have to vent about it together sometime. With Ashley and Krystal too in a few years.

That's crazy that those happened on the same day, but kind of poetic too. Congratulations to both of the graduates, I'm glad you posted the pictures.
